I chose to take a break from writing an essay this month since I wrote such a long one last month. Please forgive me 😉
In the meantime, here are a bunch of landscape photos of Tahoe and some of its amazing birds.
October was very “birdy” all things considered. Some of the more notable species I saw were American Goldfinches, a Ferruginous Hawk, Barred Owl, and Lesser Black-backed Gull.
Lake Tahoe received its first real round of snow (at lake level) on October 28th, so I went out the next day and made a YouTube video. There wasn’t enough snow on which to xc ski, but the scenery was lovely just the same and I saw some really cute birds!
Thanks for being a part of my life. Until next time…
